Nature-related Financial
Disclosure in a collaboration
with the UN, Global Canopy and
the WWF.
In 2021 it will begin designing a disclosure and reporting
framework that will steer finance towards outcomes that
are nature-positive and away from being nature-
negative, in alignment with the UNFCCC Paris
Agreement, the CBD Post-2020 Global Biodiversity
Targets and the UN Sustainable Development Goals.

major companies worldwide to
disclose their use of ‘forest risk

A collaboration between the World Conservation
Monitoring Centre, UNEP FI, and Global Canopy, this
tool enables portfolios to be screened for dependency
and impacts on eight natural assets, delivering 21
ecosystem services that underpin 156 business sectors.
Rainforests Project
How do you make forests
worth more alive than dead?
Andrew Mitchell was the inspiration
behind HRH The Prince of Wales’ Rainforests Project that took up
this challenge. He worked closely
with Prince Charles and subsequently his
International Sustainability Unit.
Governments later committed US$4.5 billion
to help save rainforests, at the time the largest
conservation investment pledge ever made.

What could motivate shoppers
worldwide to change to more
sustainable buying habits?
Equilibrium Futures brought
together a philanthropist and a
major NGO to create ‘Rang-tan’,
an animated ad that was banned
from TV, and then went viral
across the world.
